Bingham McHale Partner Appointed State Chair of American College of Trial Lawyers
Bingham McHale LLP is pleased to announce that David O. Tittle, partner in the commercial litigation group, has been appointed as Indiana Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers for 2011. Tittle was elected as a fellow in the College in 1999. He has served on the state committee of the College for several years.
“David will bring his significant commercial litigation skills and strong commitment to professionalism and legal ethics to the position of Indiana Chair,” said W. The College, founded in 1950, is composed of the trial bar from the U.S. and Canada. Membership is by invitation only after an extensive investigation of professional competence, ethical conduct, civility and collegiality and is restricted to one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province who represent both plaintiffs and defendants, or who prosecute or defend criminal cases.
