Bingham McHale Supports Clean Air Partnership
Bingham McHale is once again participating in the Central Indiana Clean Air Partnership (CICAP), a part of the City of Indianapolis' Knozone Program.
The Knozone Program provides residents and businesses with important information regarding the health effects associated with air pollution. Critical to this mission are the announcement of Knozone Air Quality Action Days when the Air Quality Index forecast indicates that central Indiana air quality may become unhealthy for sensitive groups due to ground level ozone or fine particles.
As a member of CICAP, Bingham McHale has committed to voluntary clean air measures including emailed alerts to employees typically the day before predicted Knozone Air Quality Action Days. Environmental Law attorney Ryan Murray coordinates the firm's emails.
