Bingham McHale Welcomes Five New Associates
Bingham McHale LLP is proud to announce that five attorneys have joined the firm. Victoria Lewinski Cain, Meaghan Klem, Matthew Tait, Brian Villa and Patrick Ziepolt will all work at the downtown office. All five attorneys served as summer associates at Bingham McHale LLP.

Victoria Lewinski Cain concentrates her practice in the area of litigation. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton in 2007, and her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. During law school, Cain served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Review. Cain was a summer associate with Bingham McHale LLP in 2008 and 2009.
Meaghan Klem concentrates her practice in litigation. Klem completed her dual undergraduate degrees in political science and criminal justice at Indiana University in 2007, and earned her law degree at Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington in 2010. She served as the Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and spent two years as a law clerk for the Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office. Klem was a summer associate for Bingham McHale LLP in 2009.
Matthew Tait is a member of the Labor and Employment Department, and focuses his practice on employment agreements, discrimination defense and counsels employers on compliance with local, state and federal employment laws, as well as equal opportunity laws. Tait earned an undergraduate degree in history at Duke University, where he was a founding member and vice president of the Delta Kappa chapter of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. He graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington in 2010. Tait was a summer associate with Bingham McHale LLP in 2009.
Brian Villa concentrates his practice in business advisory matters. Villa earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Purdue in 2006 and his MBA from Indiana University. He graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington in 2010. Villa also served as a legal intern in the civil division of the Allen County Superior Court in Fort Wayne, Ind. He was a summer associate at Bingham McHale LLP in 2009.
Patrick Ziepolt earned his undergraduate degree in computer science from Amherst College in 2006, and graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington in 2010. Ziepolt served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in 2008. He was a summer associate at Bingham McHale LLP in 2009.
