Bingham McHale Welcomes Four New Partners
Effective January 1, 2011, Bingham McHale LLP will have four new partners. David Adams, Christi Anderson, Melissa Ford and Shannon Landreth have been elected by the firm’s partnership to join their ranks.

David Adams currently focuses on corporate and general business transactions and real estate development, including sales, acquisitions and leasing. In addition, Adams has served as counsel to both lending institutions and borrowers in corporate and real estate finance transactions. Adams graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University in 1998, and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis in 2001, graduating cum laude. He originally joined the firm in 2001. After working as in-house counsel at Lauth Group, Inc., Adams rejoined the firm in 2009.
Christi Anderson concentrates her practice on estate and gift planning, estate administration, probate litigation and representation in adoption and guardianship proceedings. She is also co-chair of the Bingham McHale Women’s Forum. Anderson earned a B.A. in business from Indiana University in 1991, and earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis in 2003. She joined the firm in 2006.
Melissa Ford regularly advises clients regarding business entity structuring, partnership taxation, real estate and business sales and acquisitions. She also provides general business and real estate advice. Ford received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1994 with highest distinction, and received her law degree cum laude from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis in 1998. She originally joined the firm in 2004. After working as in-house counsel for Paul Kite Co., Ford rejoined the firm in 2009.
Shannon Landreth concentrates her practice in the area of business litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Landreth graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University in 1999, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2002. Landreth is a member of the Firm’s Recruiting Committee and Women’s Forum. She joined McTurnan and Turner in 2001, which merged with Bingham McHale LLP in 2008.
