Business First Features BGD's Philip C. Eschels for Work with Actors Theatre

Business First of Louisville recently asked Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP attorney Philip C. Eschels to discuss his charitable involvement with the Actors Theatre of Louisville, an organization to which he devotes his leadership and a considerable amount of time outside of his legal practice. An excerpt of the interview discussing his involvement is below. You can read the full report on Business First’s website (subscription required).

Excerpt from ‘Business of Law: Actors benefits from Eschels’ work’

“The theater, like many not-for-profits, has to struggle to do its best each year, and they’re worth working for.”

The arts provide many ways for people to gain experience about life without having to actually go through the experiences themselves, [Eschels] added.

“I think you see in the theater everything from comedy to heart-wrenching drama, joy, it’s just a full range of human emotions, and seeing it performed live is just special.”
