Carolyn M. Brown Named Deputy Chairperson of Greenebaum’s Lexington Office
LEXINGTON, KY: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Carolyn M. Brown has been named Deputy Chairperson of the firm’s Lexington office. Ms. Brown succeeds David A. Owen, who has managed the firm’s Lexington office for the past five years.
Mr. Owen will continue to practice in the areas of commercial litigation, environmental and agribusiness law.
Ms. Brown also serves as Chair of the firm's Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group. Her practice focuses on all areas of environmental law and includes advice and counseling on regulatory requirements, permitting and transactional issues as well as environmental litigation.
Ms. Brown currently serves as Chair of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Energy & Environmental Council and is a fellow in the American College of Environmental Lawyers. She is consistently recognized in Chamber’s USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in America and Kentucky Super Lawyers listings. She was also named one of the “Top 25 Women Attorneys in Kentucky” according the 2011Kentucky Super Lawyers listing.
Ms. Brown received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
