David A. Owen named Member-in-Charge of Greenebaum’s Lexington and Frankfort offices

LOUISVILLE, KY – Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC has announced that David A. Owen, a Member in the firm’s Lexington office, has been named to the firm’s Management Committee and as Member-in-Charge of the firm's Lexington and Frankfort offices. Owen succeeds Job D. (Darby) Turner III, who served on the Management Committee for 15 years and as Member-in-Charge of the Lexington and Frankfort offices for the past 7 years.

Turner will continue to practice in the areas of corporate, real estate, and business p lanning.

Owen represents businesses in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters. His litigation practice includes environmental, toxic tort, anti-trust and construction matters, as well as all types of business disputes. He also counsels clients on environmental permitting and enforcement matters.

He obtained his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his law degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. In addition to his other civic involvement, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of Commerce Lexington and served as Chairman of the Public Policy Council in 2004-2005.
