Family Law Attorney Trisha S. Dudlo Joins Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP Evansville Office

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (June 27, 2017) - Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Trisha S. Dudlo has joined the firm as an Associate and is now a member of the Litigation Department. She will continue to build her practice from the BGD Evansville office.

Trisha has focused her practice on a range of family law areas, including dissolution, child custody, Child in Need of Services (CHINS) defense, protective orders, paternity, guardianships, grandparent’s rights, and adoptions. She has worked to aid families in trying to resolve their disputes without the need for litigation; however, when issues cannot be resolved, her courtroom experience helps to enforce her clients’ rights.

In addition to family law, Trisha has experience related to commercial litigation, including civil jury trials for lemon law and breach of warranty cases and civil forfeiture. Trisha also represents clients with criminal misdemeanor charges.

“Trisha possesses a great deal of skill and experience in commercial litigation and family law matters that will certainly help provide quality legal service to our clients,” said James Hinshaw, co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. “We are excited to welcome her to our team.”

Outside of the office, Trisha currently serves as the co-chair of the Evansville Bar Association (EBA) Diversity Committee and as the vice chair of the EBA Women Attorney’s Section. She is also Parent Advisory Group Chair of the Arc Child Life Center. Before joining BGD, Trisha was an associate at Bamberger, Foreman, Oswald & Hahn, LLP.

Trisha earned her B.S., cum laude, from Mercer University in biology in 2007. In 2010, Trisha earned a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Indiana.
