Five Attorneys Elected to Partnership at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP adds five attorneys to the Partnership following the 2015 Annual Partners’ Meeting. The firm extends sincere congratulations to newly-elected partners Jason T. Ams, Margaret Christensen, Briana Clark, William Scott Croft and Steven R. Wilson.

INDIANAPOLIS (March 3, 2015) - Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that five attorneys have been elected to the Partnership within the firm. Jason T. Ams, Margaret Christensen, Briana Clark, William Scott Croft and Steven R. Wilson joined following the Annual Partners’ Meeting held in Louisville, Ky., on Feb. 20-21, 2015.

Jason T. Ams (Litigation) focuses his practice on the representation of private and public clients in a wide range of complex litigation cases. Jason is also a member of the firm’s Class Action Defense Team, Electronic Discovery and Information Management Team and White Collar Criminal Defense Team. He practices out of the firm’s Lexington office. Jason is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association and has served on the Lexington Children’s Theatre Board of Directors since 2012.

Margaret Christensen (Litigation) concentrates her practice in business litigation, attorney ethics, appeals, construction law and media law. Meg assists clients in litigation in both federal and state courts with claims involving multi-million dollar contract disputes, shareholder liability, construction defects, real estate transactions, enforcement of employee non-competition provisions, defamation, inter-governmental disputes and administrative enforcement and licensing. She practices out of the firm’s Indianapolis office. Meg is a community leader and currently serves on the IndyBar’s Bar Leader Series Steering Committee and Bench Bar Planning Team and the Indianapolis Public Schools budget committee. She was recognized as an "Up and Coming Lawyer" by the Indiana Lawyer Leadership in the Law Awards in 2012.

Briana Clark (Litigation) focuses her practice on the litigation of business disputes of all kinds including healthcare and ERISA litigation, intellectual property litigation, trust, estate and fiduciary litigation and appellate litigation. Bri was recently elected to the Indianapolis Bar Foundation Board of Directors for 2015. She practices from the firm’s Indianapolis office. Bri is also the chair of the Bingham Greenebaum Doll Women’s Forum Holiday Mart Committee and served on the firm’s Legal Talent Committee from 2013-2014. She was recognized as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by the Indiana Lawyer Leadership in Law Awards in 2013.

William Scott Croft (Litigation) concentrates his practice in diverse areas of complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Scott has defended corporate clients in product liability cases, contract disputes, insurance matters and other complex commercial litigation. He has also built significant experience in securities litigation and government enforcement defense, including conducting internal corporate investigations. Scott practices from the firm’s Louisville office. He is an active member of the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, the Federalist Society Louisville Lawyers Chapter and Leadership Louisville, a nonprofit, member-oriented resource dedicated to developing a diverse group of leaders who serve as catalysts for a stronger community. Scott also serves on the Board of Elders of Third Avenue Baptist Church.

Steven R. Wilson (Estate Planning) focuses his practice in the area of trusts and estates, including planning, administration and dispute resolution. He also has experience in business succession planning, commercial real estate transactions and litigation. Steve practices out of the firm’s Louisville and Cincinnati offices. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and Ohio Bar Association. Steve has served on the Board of Directors of the Louisville Visual Art Association since 2012 and has served on its Executive Committee since 2014.
