Five Tulane Law Faculty Members Appointed to Named Professorships
The five Tulane Law School faculty members appointed to professorships this summer are informing public debate across the United States and abroad with their influential legal scholarship and insight.
Ann Lipton is among the newly appointed faculty members. She joined the Tulane Law faculty in 2015 and holds the Michael Fleishman Professorship in Corporate Law and Entrepreneurship. According to the university, senior partner Michael M. Fleishman endowed the professorship in 2016 to support an early-career scholar working in business law.
