Four Attorneys Elected to Partnership at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP adds four attorneys into the partnership following the 2014 Annual Partners’ Meeting. The firm extends sincere congratulations to newly-elected partners Blaine R. Blood, Reva D. Campbell, Philip Sicuso and Matthew A. Stinnett.

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been elected to the partnership within the firm. Blaine R. Blood, Reva D. Campbell, Philip Sicuso and Matthew A. Stinnett joined following the Annual Partners’ Meeting held in Indianapolis, Ind.

Blaine R. Blood (Labor & Employment) counsels clients on mitigating and avoiding employment-related risks. This includes providing training and advice to employers on a broad range of federal and state laws related to employment. Blood represents employers in trial and appeal litigation, including trials and appeals, related to state and federal employment laws such as wage and hour class and collective actions, discrimination or retaliation claims and the FMLA as well. He also represents employers in arbitrations that arise under a collective bargaining agreement. Additionally, Blood counsels employers in other matters related to managing a unionized work force, avoiding unionization and handling state and federal agency investigations related to employment matters.

Reva D. Campbell (Litigation) litigates a broad range of general business disputes, with special emphasis in the areas of securities and intellectual property litigation and arbitration and landlord-tenant law. Campbell frequently represents companies, broker-dealers, registered representatives, investment advisors, banks and other financial institutions. She also represents officers and directors in a wide variety of proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and regulatory agencies, as well as in numerous federal and state courts.

Philip Sicuso (Government and Corporate & Transactional) assists private sector and government clients in a variety of matters. After spending more than five years working in Governor Mitch Daniels’ administration as General Counsel for the Indiana Gaming Commission, Sicuso has substantial experience in government and regulatory affairs. He has a deep understanding of the laws and procedures critical to government operations and interactions with the private sector, including government procurement and contracts, administrative law and procedure, public records, open meetings, ethics and the legislative process.

Matthew A. Stinnett (Litigation) litigates a wide variety of complex business and commercial litigation matters, including those involving premises liability, construction, products liability, and fiduciary duty relationships. He also litigates in matters involving securities, lender liability, white collar crime and general business transactions.
