Four New Partners Elected
Effective January 1, 2010, Bingham McHale will have four new partners. Michael Limrick (Business Litigation), Whitney Mosby (Creditors' Rights), Kenneth Munson (Business Litigation) and Rafael Sanchez (Business Litigation) have been eletected by the firm's partnership to join their ranks.
Mike Limrick represents businesses in trial and appellate courts around the country, including warranty and other contract disputes; commercial fraud, intellectual property and unfair competition litigation; utility litigation; and federal and state constitutional matters. He earned his B.A. (Journalism) from Marietta College and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law. After law school, he was a judicial clerk to the Hon. Theodore R. Boehm, Indiana Supreme Court. He joined the firm in 2008.
Whitney Mosby concentrates her practice in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy matters. She earned her B.A. (Psychology) with highest distinction from Indiana University and her J.D. cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. She joined the firm in 2002.
Kenneth Munson concentrates his practice on civil and business litigation matters. He earned his B.S. (Business) from Indiana University and his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington. He joined the firm in 2008.
Rafael Sanchez primarily concentrates his practice in civil and business litigation. He also assists individuals and enterprises with general corporate matters involving entity selection, acquisitions, dissolutions, contract drafting and business planning. He earned his B.A. (Social/Political Science) from the University of Puerto Rico and his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington. He joined the firm in 2002.
