Governor Mitch Daniels to Keynote Bingham McHale Legislative Conference


Bingham McHale LLP is pleased to announce that Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels will be the keynote speaker at the nineteenth annual Bingham McHale Legislative Conference on December 2, 2010, at the Marriott Downtown Indianapolis.

Tobin McClamroch, Managing Partner of the firm. “As the unofficial start to the legislative session, the Bingham McHale Legislative Conference serves as a non-partisan venue for Indiana’s leaders to discuss the upcoming legislative issues that are important to Hoosiers.”

Governor Daniels will make his keynote address at 11:30 a.m. Governor Daniels outlined his legislative agenda for the upcoming session following the November 2 election. Among the Governor’s top priorities for 2011 are a balanced budget, K-12 education, local government reform and a fair redistricting plan.

The 2010 Bingham McHale Legislative Conference will also include a presentation on survey results from the Ball State University Bowen Center for Public Affairs, the annual media panel, a presentation on redistricting, a panel discussion on the state budget and a roundtable discussion by Indiana legislative leaders.
