Lexington, Kentucky New Members
Brian M. Johnson is an attorney with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group and is resident in the Lexington office. His practice includes the defense of toxic and tort product liability actions, as well as transportation and construction law.
Louisville, Kentucky New Members
Andrew M. Fleischman focuses his practice on assisting clients in a broad range of matters, including secured and unsecured loans, commercial lease transactions, real estate and business acquisitions, and bankruptcy-related transactions.
Elisabeth S. Gray is a litigator whose practice focuses on trade secrets and covenant not to compete litigation, class action litigation, cyber-litigation, jurisdictional litigation, and general commercial litigation.

Kevin R. Ghassomian is a member of the Estate Planning, Health and Insurance group. His primary areas of practice are estate planning and administration, charitable giving, asset protection, and closely-held business law.
Lori E. Krafte is a member of the Regulatory and Administrative group. She practices in the areas of advertising, trademark, and copyright law, including U.S. and foreign prosecution, licensing, due diligence and enforcement. Her focus also includes defamation and Internet law.
W. Ashley Hess is a member in the Corporate and Commercial group. He counsels both publicly held and privately held businesses on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, new company formation and general contracts issues.
