Greenebaum Attorney Named Board Chair of The Family Place
LOUISVILLE, KY: – Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Mary G. Eaves, a Member in the firm’s Louisville office, has been elected Chair of the Board of Directors for The Family Place: A Child Abuse Treatment Agency, Inc. Mary has served on the Board of Directors for The Family Place since July 2004.
Mary is Chair of Greenebaum’s Employee Benefits Team and is a member of the ERISA Controversy Team and the Privacy Team. Her practice includes design and compliance of qualified retirement plans and employee welfare benefit plans, including COBRA, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. She also advises employers on employee benefits issues in corporate transactions, correcting errors in the administration of employee benefit plans, and dividing retirement benefits in divorce.
Mary is a member and past President of the Louisville Employee Benefits Council. She also is a member of the International Pension and Employee Benefit Lawyers Association and the Southern Employee Benefits Conference, for which she serves on the Legal and Legislative Committee. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 1972, her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Dayton in 1974, and her J.D. from Washington University in 1983.
