Greenebaum Attorney Re-elected Treasurer/Secretary of Park Community Federal Credit Union Board
LOUISVILLE, KY: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Mark A. Loyd, a Member in the firm’s Louisville office, has been re-elected Treasurer/Secretary of the Park Community Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.
Park Community Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial institution providing a variety of affordable financial products and services. The credit union was established in 1965 to serve General Electric employees at Appliance Park in Louisville, Kentucky. Over the years, Park grew to serve GE employees in other states. Park Community Federal Credit Union now serves the Louisville Metro Area and also offers membership to select Kentucky counties and areas in Berea, Lexington and Richmond, as well as Decatur, Alabama and Macon, Georgia.
Mr. Loyd is a member of Greenebaum’s Tax and Finance Practice Group and is the State and Local Tax Team Chair. His areas of practice are state, local and federal taxation, tax controversy/litigation and governmental affairs.
In addition to his re-election, Mr. Loyd is on the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and is the Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Tax Section. Mr. Loyd obtained his undergraduate degree from Bellarmine College, received an M.B.A. from the University of Louisville and his J.D. from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
