Greenebaum Attorneys, Robert L. Brown and Michael G. Shaikun, re-Elected to the Venture Club Of Louisville Board of Directors
Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Robert L. Brown and Michael G. Shaikun have been re-elected to the Venture Club of Louisville’s Board of Directors.
Robert L. Brown was appointed President Elect and will succeed Mark Crane as President in 2007. Mr. Brown is currently Secretary of the Club and will continue to serve in this position for the calendar year. Mr. Brown is a member in the Louisville office and is chair of Greenebaum’s China and Antitrust teams.
Michael G. Shaikun, who was one of the founders of the Venture Club, was reappointed as Legal Counsel for the Club. As such, he will advise the Club on legal issues facing it, as well as overall organizational issues. Mr. Shaikun serves as General Counsel to the firm and is a member in the Louisville office.
Other newly elected members of the 2006 Board of Directors, not affiliated with Greenebaum, are David Jarnagin (Chairman), Mark Crane (Chairman-elect), Bob Ogden (VP Administration), Vik Chadha (VP Presenters), Frank Poschinger (VP Marketing), Mike Mattei (VP Speakers), Ken Dicken (VP Sponsorships), Kevin McCurren (VP Membership) and Stephen Lukinovich (Treasurer).
The Venture Club of Louisville is the premier network for entrepreneurs and investors in Louisville. Started in 1995, the Club has brought entrepreneurs and investors together in a professional but relaxed forum. Monthly meetings offer both groups the opportunity to make valuable contacts, exchange information, and pursue mutual business opportunities. An important purpose of the Club is to help facilitate and encourage the expansion of business and commercial investment activities in the region.
