LOUISVILLE, KY: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Steven A. Brehm, Kimberly H. Bryant, James M. “Jay” Dickerson, Carrie A. Shufflebarger and J. Casner Wheelock have been elected as Members of the firm.
Steve Brehm is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Steve focuses on business, commercial and construction litigation and arbitration. Steve's clients include owners, general contactors, subcontractors and design professionals. He has also litigated cases involving breach of contract litigation, construction litigation and arbitration, covenant not to compete and trade secret litigation, estate litigation and securities litigation and arbitration. He is based in the firm’s Louisville office.
Steve received his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
Kim Bryant is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Practice Group and the Real Estate Development and Construction Law Team. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate representation, real estate development and land use. She is based in the firm’s Lexington office.
Kim received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Morehead State University and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
Jay Dickerson is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, constitutional law, election law, and trial practice. Jay is a member of the Bankruptcy Team; Covenant Not-to-Compete and Trade Secrets Team; Equine Team and Appellate Team. He is based in the firm’s Cincinnati office.
Jay received his A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
Carrie Shufflebarger is a member of the Regulatory and Administrative Practice Group. She practices in the areas of intellectual property counseling, prosecution and enforcement, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property litigation. She represents clients in disputes pending in various Federal trial and appellate courts, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and before the United States International Trade Commission. She is based in the firm’s Cincinnati office.
Carrie received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Transylvania University and her J.D.,cum laude, from Duke University School of Law.
Casner Wheelock is a member of the firm's Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. He represents clients with their general business needs, with a primary emphasis on economic incentives, construction, real estate, antitrust and business acquisition matters. Casner also has an extensive background in taxation and has practiced in the areas of state and local, federal and international tax. He is based in the firm’s Louisville office.
Casner received his B.A. from the University of Kentucky, M.A. in Taxation from the University of Mississippi and J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
