Ivana B. Shallcross has joined the firm as an Associate in the Tax & Finance Practice Group in the firm’s Louisville office. She received a bachelor’s degree in English from Centre College and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Jennifer Y. Barber has joined the firm as an Associate in the Tax & Finance Practice Group in the firm’s Louisville office. She received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky and her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Timothy W. Dunn has joined the firm as an Associate in the Estate Planning, Health & Insurance Practice Group in the firm’s Lexington office. He received a bachelor’s degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from Eastern Kentucky University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Scott C. Henry has joined the firm as an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group in the Cincinnati office. He received a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Alexis B. Kasacavage has joined the firm as an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the firm’s Lexington office. She received a bachelor’s degree in History, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.

Candace Klein has joined the firm as an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group in the firm’s Cincinnati office. She received a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Northern Kentucky University and her J.D. from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Carl C. Lammers has joined the firm as an Associate in the Estate Planning, Health & Insurance Practice Group in the firm’s Louisville office. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Florida, his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center.
