Greenebaum Elects Five New Members

LOUISVILLE, KY:  Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Jennifer J. CaveJames W. Herr, Christopher W. D. Jones, V. Brandon McGrath and Jesse A. Mudd and have been elected as Members of the firm.

Jennifer Cave is based in the firm’s Lexington office and is a member of the Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group.  Jennifer concentrates her practice on all areas of environmental and natural resources law, including advising and counseling clients on regulatory requirements, permitting, transactional issues, and enforcement matters.  Jennifer also regularly represents the interests of businesses in federal and state court litigation.

Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky and her law degree, magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law.

Jim Herris based in the firm’s Louisville office and is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.  His practice includes commercial litigation, class action defense and appeals.  Jim has significant experience advising clients on document and electronic data management, in addition to representing clients before the federal and state courts of Kentucky in products liability, toxic tort and premises liability cases, securities litigation, consumer protection and fraud cases, land use/planning and zoning litigation, breach of contract cases, and defense of employment claims. 

Jim received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Kentucky and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. 

Chris Jones is based in the firm’s Louisville office and is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Group, and is the Mergers & Acquisitions Team Co-Chair.  He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, health care, securities,  private equity, financial institutions, and international transactions.  As a transactional attorney, he has helped both public and private corporations of all sizes to raise capital and to comply with federal and state securities laws.   Chris is also involved with general corporate and contractual issues,  U.S. public company reporting requirements,  executive compensation  and corporate governance. He has a background in regulatory issues involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Reserve, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and state banking and securities administrative agencies.  

Chris received his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.

Brandon McGrath is based in the firm’s Cincinnati office and is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  He works with individuals and companies, both large and small, to resolve a variety of disputes and lawsuits.  Brandon represents clients in ERISA litigation matters, trust and estate lawsuits, breach of contract claims, trade secret/misappropriation claims, intellectual property litigation, and other commercial disputes.  He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky at both the state and federal levels.   

Brandon received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Jesse Mudd is based in the firm’s Louisville office and is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  His practice includes the litigation of a wide variety of complex business and commercial litigation matters, including those involving class actions, premises liability, retail personal injury, products liability, toxic torts, insurance disputes and employment law.  Jesse also has experience in the litigation of family law matters, including the settlement of divorce proceedings, preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and courtroom advocacy. 

Jesse received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
