Greenebaum Names Amy B. Berge Chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group
LOUISVILLE, KY: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Amy B. Berge, a Member in the firm’s Louisville office, has been named Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group.
In addition to her role as Chair of the IP Practice Group, Amy is Chair of the firm’s Privacy Team. She practices in the areas of U.S. and international trademark, copyright, advertising and internet law. She also concentrates on licensing, privacy and computer and technology agreements. In these areas, Amy counsels clients, assists in obtaining and maintaining registrations with the relevant trademark and copyright offices, negotiates agreements, and litigates before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and before federal and state courts.
