Greenebaum Names Attorney in Lexington Office to Lead Appellate Team
LEXINGTON, KY – Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Anne A. Chesnut, a Member in its Lexington office, has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Appellate Practice Team.
Anne, a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolutions Practice Group, concentrates her practice in civil litigation, including complex commercial and real estate disputes and toxic torts. She also is a trained mediator. Anne has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for several years and was selected as one of the top attorneys in business litigation in the 2008 Kentucky Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition. She has served on the Fayette County Bar Association’s Board of Directors and other civic boards, and was an Organizing Director of Community Bank of Lexington Inc. Anne earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University in 1976 and her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1979. She clerked for federal Judge Eugene Siler from 1979 to 1981.
Greenebaum also is pleased to announce that two Members in its Louisville office, Mark A. Loyd and Christie A. Moore, have been named Chairs of the firm’s State and Local Tax Team and the White Collar Crime Team, respectively.
