Greenebaum Welcomes Of Counsels, James M. Francis and Robin B. Thomerson
LOUISVILLE, KY: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that James M. Francis and Robin B. Thomerson have joined the firm as Of Counsel, effective immediately.
Mr. Francis has joined the firm as a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and will split his time between the firm’s Lexington and Louisville offices. He is a registered patent attorney with experience in the biomedical, mechanical, and material science/chemical arts. Mr. Francis is a former research scientist for Ashland Inc. and worked for their Ashland Petroleum and Valvoline companies. He focuses his practice on U.S. and international patent applications, trademark prosecution, licensing, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Francis received his bachelor’s degree from Marshall University and his J.D. from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
Ms. Thomerson has joined the firm as a member of the Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Practice Group in the firm’s Lexington office. Ms. Thomerson previously worked for the Kentucky Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet supervising the Air Legal Services Branch and has experience with waste, water and air quality issues. She received her bachelor’s degree from Carson Newman College and her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
