Isenbarger Elected to USLAW Network Board
Phil L. Isenbarger, Bingham McHale, has been elected to the board of directors of USLAW Network.
USLAW NETWORK is a national organization composed of 61 independent member firms in 45 states with over 3,500 attorneys. The Network is comprised of selected AV rated law firms throughout the United States and is by invitation only. Bingham McHale is the only firm from Indiana selected to membership. Isenbarger is a partner with Bingham McHale with over 25 years of litigation and trial experience. He is a past president of the Indianapolis Bar Association. A 1984 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington, Isenbarger previously chaired the firm’s Litigation Department and has been lead counsel for jury trials conducted in courts across Indiana. He has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases, served as mediator and on arbitration panels. He has overseen litigation in a multitude of settings including trucking, products liability, medical and legal malpractice, environmental, fire, personal injury, antitrust, unfair competition, copyright, trademark, probate, defamation, real estate and complex business litigation.
Isenbarger has served as Indiana trial counsel for national companies such as Kohler, Broan, Shell Oil, ASCAP, Culligan and Schering Plough. He also represents insurance companies and their insureds on coverage and third-party cases.
