The NuLu Review Overlay District Advisory Committee is in charge of meeting with applicants for development projects, reviewing applications, issuing or denying permits, reviewing decisions of the Urban Design Administrator on expedited development applications, and making recommendations to the Metro Council based on the preservation of the distinctive characteristics of the district.
