Jessica Whelan Selected for ISBA 2016 Leadership Development Academy

01.08.2016

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Jessica Whelan has been selected for the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy (LDA) for 2016. The LDA program is limited to 25 Indiana lawyers who have been admitted to practice for less than 15 years.

LDA participants engage with professional facilitators and prominent speakers with a wide variety of experiences and expertise. As they travel around the state, class members hear presentations, listen to panel discussions, and participate in small group discussions with faculty on leadership principles and techniques. The LDA Class of 2016 will also learn how to use leadership skills in organizations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and get insight into the challenges and rewards of leadership in action.

Whelan is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of appellate litigation. She also practices in the area of attorney ethics, assisting in ethics opinions and disciplinary matters. Whelan also handles business litigation matters, including shareholder and contract disputes, and often assists the firm’s Economic Development practice group in litigation-related matters, including annexation matters.

Please join the firm in congratulating Jessica on this esteemed accomplishment.
