In the Fall 2018 edition of USLAW Magazine article, "35 Million Reasons to Heed New SEC Guidance on Cybersecurity Disclosure Requirements," John McCauley explains the importance of the Guidance, policies and procedures, how to avoid and/or recognize insider trading. The article goes in depth to discuss the SEC's recent $35 million fine to Altaba (formerly Yahoo) for a two-year delay in reporting a massive breach and the lessons learned from that breach.
