John S. Lueken Named as Estate Planning Practice Group Chair
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 17, 2017) – Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP, a premier full service business law firm, has named Louisville partner John S. Lueken to lead the firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group. BGD’s Estate Planning practice group has a large regional and national footprint, encompassing all aspects of estate planning, from wealth transfer and trusts, through individual, business and estate tax planning and estate administration.

Lueken, who is licensed and actively practices in both Kentucky and Indiana, focuses on estate and trust planning and administration, as well as charitable and family-owned business planning. He is a member of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and is a former Certified Public Accountant with Big Eight tax experience. He has presented on topics including buy-sell agreements, estate planning and tax laws. Lueken was recently appointed to the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Commission’s Advisory Panel for Attorney Specialization. He has also served as the Louisville Bar Association Probate and Estate Section Chairman.
Cummins, who led the practice group since 1999, will continue practicing full-time in the Estate Planning Practice Group.
