Kate Beatty Selected to Serve on Volunteers of America Indiana Board of Directors

Beatty concentrates her practice in environmental law as well as trust, estate and fiduciary litigation. She focuses specifically on environmental compliance, permitting and enforcement issues for industrial, commercial and governmental clients.

Volunteers of America Indiana is a non-profit organization headquartered in Indianapolis that aims to restore dignity and transforms the lives of Hoosiers throughout the state. They provide services to enhance the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of individuals transitioning from the correctional system, veterans, the elderly, and those dealing with chronic addiction and mental illness by providing counseling, rehabilitation, job placement, and residential services.
