Kelly D. Bartley Named to KNLT Advisory Board

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP would like to congratulate environmental attorney Kelly D. Bartley on her recent election to serve as an Advisor to the Board for the Kentucky Natural Lands Trust (KNLT).

KNLT is a nonprofit that works to protect, connect and restore wildlands, large forest tracts and migratory corridors. Their work has expanded into a variety of conservation projects across the state of Kentucky and currently includes the Pine Mountain Wildlands Corridor, the largest landscape level project ever undertaken in the state. Through partnerships with government agencies, nonprofits, corporations and private individuals they have protected thousands of acres of wildlands for over 20 years.

Bartley’s practice involves consulting with and representing firm corporate clients with respect to a broad range of state and federal environmental law compliance, permitting and litigation issues, including issues relating to air emissions, solid and hazardous waste, and wastewater treatment. She is also a member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Energy and Environment Policy Council.

Please join us in congratulating Kelly on her prestigious appointment to an organization with a great cause!
