Mark A. Loyd Re-elected to a Three-year Term on the Park Community Federal Credit Union Board

LOUISVILLE, KY: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Mark A. Loyd, an Associate in the firm’s Louisville office, has been re-elected to a three-year term on the Park Community Federal Credit Union Board. He has also been re-elected to a one-year term as Secretary/Treasurer.

Park Community Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial institution providing a variety of affordable financial products and services. The credit union was established in 1965 to serve General Electric employees at Appliance Park in Louisville, Kentucky, thus the name “Park.” Over the years, Park grew to serve GE employees in other states. Park Community Federal Credit Union serves the Louisville Metro Area and also offers membership to select counties and areas in Berea, Lexington, and Richmond in Kentucky, Decatur, AL, and Macon, GA.

Loyd is a member of Greenebaum’s Tax and Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on tax planning and resolving tax controversies for businesses and individuals with the Internal Revenue Service, the Kentucky and Indiana Departments of Revenue and with more than thirty other state and local tax jurisdictions in both administrative and judicial forums.

In addition to this appointment, Loyd is on the board of directors of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as a Trustee on the Kentucky Institute on Federal Taxation. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Bellarmine College, received an M.B.A. from the University of Louisville and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
