Mark A. Loyd Reappointed to IPT Position

The Institute for Professionals in Taxation has reappointed Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partner Mark A. Loyd to serve as co-chair of the 2016 ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar Committee. Loyd began his term after being officially appointed co-chair by IPT President Margaret C. Wilson, CMI, Esq., on July 30, 2015.

As IPT co-chair of the ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar Committee, Loyd will be responsible for planning and implementing of discipline-specific programs of interest to attorneys, CPAs, consultants and industry members with responsibility for state and local tax obligations. 

Loyd, who also serves as chair of the firm’s Tax and Employee Benefits practice group, has been a member of IPT for several years. He recently accepted the association’s 2015 New Member Achievement Award, which recognized his contributions as one of the most active newer members, committed stewardship, leadership and service in the state and local tax area.
