Mark A. Loyd Reappointed to IPT Position

The Institute for Professionals in Taxation has reappointed Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partner Mark A. Loyd to serve as co-chair of the 2017 ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar Committee. Loyd began his term after being officially appointed co-chair by IPT President Kellianne M. Nagy, CMI, CAE, on July 22, 2016.

As IPT co-chair of the ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar Committee, Loyd will be responsible for planning and implementing of discipline-specific programs of interest to attorneys, CPAs, consultants and industry members with responsibility for state and local tax obligations. 

Loyd, who serves as chair of the firm’s Tax and Employee Benefits practice group, is the recipient of IPT’s 2015 New Member Achievement Award. He was recently again recognized in Louisville Magazines’ “Top Lawyers” List of 2016 in addition to being featured in the 2016 IPT Member Spotlight, which recognized his many contributions including his service on the IPT’s Basic State Income Tax School Committee since 2009, and his service as co-chair since 2014.
