Mark A. Loyd Receives Institute for Professionals Taxation’s “New Member Achievement Award”
Please join BGD in congratulating partner and Tax and Employee Benefits Practice Group Chair Mark A. Loyd on receiving the Institute for Professionals in Taxation’s New Member Achievement Award. This is the third year that the award has been presented by IPT.
As the 2015 recipient, Mark is being recognized for his contributions as one of the most active newer members, committed stewardship, leadership and service in the state and local tax area. He has served on the IPT’s Basic State Income Tax School Committee since 2009, and has served as the co-chair since 2014. Mark is also the co-chair of the ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar. He has been a member of IPT for five years.
Mark’s practice areas of concentration include state, local, and federal taxation, tax litigation, tax controversy resolution, and tax planning for multistate and multinational companies.
