Mark Loyd Reappointed to IPT Positions
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP partner Mark A. Loyd has been reappointed to two positions with the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Loyd will continue to serve as IPT co-chair of the ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar Committee. In addition, he will also continue his service as the co-chair of the 2015 Basic Income Tax School Committee.
As IPT co-chair of the ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar Committee, Loyd will be responsible for planning and implementing of discipline-specific programs of interest to attorneys, CPAs, consultants and industry members with responsibility for state and local tax obligations.
As co-chair of the 2015 Basic Income Tax School Committee, Loyd will be responsible for the development and implementation of curricula for the Tax School, for the selection of instructors, for the preparation and updating of school textbooks, case studies and problems used in school, and the preparation and continual review of school examinations.
