R. Matthew Neff Named to Bioanalytical Systems Board of Directors


Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP would like to congratulate attorney R. Matthew Neff on his recent election to serve on the Board of Directors for Bioanalytical System (BASi).

BASi has established itself as an industry leader in contract research and a resource for pharmaceutical companies, academic centers, and startups around the globe.

Neff is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Services Department. He focuses on advising clients on business, regulatory and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Neff has served in numerous leadership positions, including Chairman, President and CEO, for multiple high profile companies. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Riley Children’s Foundation where he was chairman of the first-ever Capital Campaign of Riley, raising over $200 million for Indiana’s pediatric hospital. He also serves on the board of the Fairbanks Addiction Treatment Centers, among others.
