New Greenebaum Team Chairs Announced

LOUISVILLE, KY: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC announced today that John K. Bush, a Member in the firm’s Louisville office, has been named Chair of the firm’s Antitrust Team. The firm also announced that Lori E. Krafte, a Member in the firm’s Cincinnati office, has been named co-chair of the firm’s Privacy team and that Daniel E. Fisher, a Member in the firm’s Louisville office, has been named the firm’s Health Care Insurance and Life Sciences Team Chair.
John Bush is a member of Greenebaum's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He practices in complex litigation, including antitrust, securities, financial institutions, insurance, intellectual property and product liability disputes. He has litigated in state and federal courts in many jurisdictions and in AAA and NASD arbitration proceedings. He is listed in the 2008 edition of the Best Lawyers in America, the 2007 edition of the Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and was included in the 2007 Kentucky Super Lawyers listing. He receive a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
Lori Krafte is a member of Greenebaum’s Regulatory and Administrative Practice Group. She practices in the areas of advertising, trademark and copyright law, including U.S. and foreign prosecution, licensing, due diligence and enforcement. Her focus also includes privacy, defamation and Internet law. She is listed in the 2008 edition of the Best Lawyers in America and was included in the 2007 Cincy Business Magazine’s Leading Lawyers listing. She received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, her J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate School.
Dan Fisher is a member of Greenebaum’s Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, and is the Mergers and Acquisitions Team Co-Chair. The principal focus of his practice is business and finance transactions. His transactions experience is broad-based throughout many industries, but with particular emphasis in the healthcare, health insurance, restaurant, and energy and natural resources industries. Fisher has experience in structuring, negotiating and closing complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganization transactions for publicly-held and privately-owned businesses. He also has experience in financing and capital formation strategies for businesses, including venture capital and private equity offerings, commercial loan transactions and government-backed financing strategies for nursing, assisted living and other healthcare facilities. He received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
