Tandy C. Patrick Appointed to the Louisville Water Company Board of Directors
LOUISVILLE, KY: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC announced today that Tandy C. Patrick, a Member in the firm’s Louisville office, has been appointed by Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson to the Louisville Water Company Board of Directors.
The Louisville Water Company (LWC) provides water to more than 810,000 people in Louisville Metro and parts of Oldham and Bullitt counties. LWC delivers on average 131 million gallons of water per day. In addition to retail customers, LWC wholesales water to West Shelby Water District, North Shelby Water Company, North Nelson Water District, Taylorsville, Mount Washington and Lebanon Junction.
Patrick is a member of Greenebaum’s Corporate and Commercial Practice Group and serves as Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Team and Co-Chair of the firm’s Equine Law Team. Her practice focus is on commercial real estate development and all aspects of real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on leasing and shopping centers. She is also involved in the representation of various horse owners and breeders throughout the United States.
Patrick has served in numerous leadership capacities, including the Board of Directors of the World Games 2010 Foundation, Inc., which is the organization responsible for planning and conducting the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games to be held at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky.
Additionally, Patrick is Chair of the Kentucky Horse Park Commission, and she serves as the Kentucky State Fair Board member-in-charge of the Worlds Championship Saddlebred Horse Show. She also is a member of the Board of Directors of Greater Louisville Sports Commission. She is listed in the 2008 edition of the Best Lawyers in America and was included in the 2007 Kentucky Super Lawyers listing where she was included as one of the top 25 women attorneys in Kentucky.
