Tandy C. Patrick Re-Elected Secretary of the Louisville Sports Commission
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP attorney Tandy C. Patrick was recently re-elected to serve as secretary of the Louisville Sports Commission (LSC) for a fourth term. Patrick will serve from July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014.

The LSC is a Louisville, Kentucky-based not-for-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors. The LSC partners with the Louisville Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, Louisville Metro Government, Kentucky State Parks, the Kentucky Sports Authority, Kentucky State Government and many other organizations to attract, produce and support quality sporting events and activities, primarily to promote in-bound sports travel.
Patrick, who is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, focuses her practice on leasing, acquisition, development and financing of commercial real estate, including retail, office, warehouse and multi-family projects. Her practice includes a particular emphasis on shopping centers, condominium and mixed use projects, restaurants and entertainment venues. She is also involved in a broad range of general business and commercial transactions, serving in the role of outside general counsel for several of the firm's clients, and she also serves as a liaison for various clients vis-a-vis state, local and federal government contacts.
