Tonya Vachirasomboon Named 2017 LCLD Fellow

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP would like to congratulate partner Tonya Vachirasomboon on her recent selection to join one of most comprehensive legal talent development programs in the country as a 2017 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow. She is now part of the largest class ever for the landmark LCLD program focused on building relationships and leadership skills.

With 265 Members, LCLD is a national organization made up of the general counsel and managing partners of the leading corporations and law firms in the country. Launched in 2011, the LCLD Fellows Program is an ambitious, highly structured initiative built to increase diversity at the leadership levels of the nation’s law firms and corporate legal departments.

During his or her Fellow year, each honoree embarks on a learning program that includes in-person conferences, training in the fine points of legal practice, peer-group projects to foster collaboration and build relationships, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.

Vachirasomboon counsels her clients in numerous areas of business law, and has extensive experience representing companies, their owners, and their investors in stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, and other reorganizations. She was recognized by the Indiana Lawyer as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” during the 2011 Leadership in Law Awards, and has been a Top Ten Finalist in Law for Indy’s Best and Brightest Awards.

Congratulations, Tonya!
