Two Partners Named as 2017 National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® 40 Under Forty Honorees

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (August 22, 2017) – Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that Margaret Christensen and Briana Clark have been named as 2017 National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® 40 Under Forty Honorees.

“The 40 Under Forty recognition program was designed to give voice and opportunity to the next generation of industry mavericks recognizing their contributions to the profession, their communities, and their contributions yet to come,” stated Brien K. Jones, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA).

NACVA supports the users of business and intangible asset valuation services and financial litigation services, including damages determinations of all kinds and fraud detection and prevention, by training and certifying financial professionals in these disciplines.

Christensen concentrates her practice in business litigation, attorney ethics, appeals, construction law and media law. She has assisted clients and taken leadership roles in litigation in both federal and state courts in claims involving multi-million dollar contract disputes, shareholder liability, construction defects, real estate transactions, enforcement of employee non-competition provisions, defamation, inter-governmental disputes, and administrative enforcement and licensing. She was also recognized by the Indiana Lawyer Leadership in the Law Awards as an "Up and Coming Lawyer" in 2012.

Clark is the Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group and concentrates her practice in the litigation of business disputes of all kinds including: trust, estate and fiduciary litigation; healthcare and ERISA litigation; intellectual property litigation; and appellate litigation. She was also recognized by the Indiana Lawyer Leadership in the Law Awards as an "Up and Coming Lawyer" and has consistently been recognized by her peers as a “Rising Star” in the Indiana Super Lawyers® list.
