Overview
Alan is a published commentator and attorney who concentrates his practice in health care, estate planning, employee benefits and real estate law. He regularly provides advice regarding business, corporate and regulatory issues pertaining to professional practices and joint ventures between physicians and hospitals. He received his law degree in 1977 from Indiana University, J.D., summa cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1974 with high distinction. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar and the U.S. Tax Court in 1977. Alan has written articles for Indianapolis Business Magazine, Indiana Law Review and the Medical Group Management Association newsletter.
