Overview

Barbara's practice concentrates in insurance law. She advises both health and property and casualty insurers on regulatory issues arising under state and federal law, including: administrative hearings, licensure and general requirements of insurance laws. She also advises both insurers and insureds regarding coverage and policy interpretation.
