Bradley C. Arnett focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, emerging businesses and public finance as a member of the firm's Corporate Services and Economic Development Departments. Brad regularly represents companies, their owners and their investors in stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and other reorganizations. He also counsels startup and emerging companies in connection with business formation, seed, early-stage and follow-on financings and exit transactions. In addition, Brad frequently serves as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel and trustee’s counsel in various tax-exempt financing transactions.
