Overview
Brenda is a member of the Economic Development Department and concentrates her practice in the areas of government services and public finance law. She regularly works with cities and towns all over Indiana and advises them in a wide-range of public finance and governmental law matters.
Brenda earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2008 with a concentration in Health Law. As a law student, Brenda was active in the Indiana Health Law Review, both as an author and as an Associate Editor. Brenda earned a B.A. in English and Political Science from Calvin College. While there, she was President of Pi Sigma Alpha, interned with the City Attorney's Office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, played tuba and served as President of the college's band. In her free time, Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and restoring her historic home.
