Bruce A. Smith is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. He has been a board certified specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification since 1995. Bruce focuses his practice on banking litigation matters in state and federal courts, including creditor’s rights, and representation of lenders in bankruptcy proceedings. He is experienced in the representation of lenders in connection with loan workouts, restructuring and commercial transactions. Bruce provides general legal representation to many businesses in southwestern Indiana. He also provides estate planning services to business owners, farmers and other individuals.
