Overview

Gerard serves as General Counsel to Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP. He concentrates his practice on the representation of contractors, design professionals and owners in all facets of construction, from project inception to completion, including claims and disputes. He also represents businesses and individuals in need of general and business litigation and business services. A frequent author and presenter, Gerard makes time to be involved with a variety of business and youth-related initiatives in the community of Zionsville, Indiana.
