Grant is the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Team. He concentrates his practice on representing clients in real estate and construction matters, including contract disputes, mortgage foreclosures, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, receiverships, quiet title actions, defective workmanship claims and commercial lease disputes.

Grant also recognizes that attentive planning on the front end of a transaction is necessary for either avoiding or resolving disputes that arise later in the course of a project, and he works extensively with clients on drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, construction contracts, leases and other real estate and construction documents. He is a past chair of the Construction and Surety Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, and is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry.

Grant graduated from Cornell University with high distinction, and from the Duke University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Alaska Law Review.
