Dick is the Chair of the White Collar Practice Group, and he concentrates his practice in complex criminal and civil litigation, with a focus on white collar criminal defense and long-term care. He has more than 30 years of experience practicing in both state and federal court. Upon graduation from Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Dick served as an international banker for four years traveling throughout Europe and Asia. Dick is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), one of the premier legal associations in the United States. Since graduating from Indiana University Law School in 1975, Dick has tried approximately 100 jury trials, has written over 70 appellate briefs and is a frequent lecturer at seminars on criminal law and trial strategy. He is also a former Adjunct Professor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
