Jeremy is a member of the Corporate Services department, and he focuses his practice in the area of emerging business and financial institutions. Clients turn to him for a range of legal services, especially mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, business organization and general business and corporate transactions. 

Jeremy's work in the corporate space has been recognized across multiple third-parties. Most recently, he was named a Best Lawyers in America (R) "Lawyer of the Year" in the Indianapolis Financial Services Regulation Law space. He has also been named an Indiana Super Lawyer for three consecutive years in the business Corporate Space and is a Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business in the area of Corporate/M&A.
