Jessica is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Department in Indianapolis. She focuses her practice on business litigation. Jessica has assisted clients in resolving claims of defamation, intellectual property misappropriation, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.  She also has experience handling professional liability matters and municipal litigation. Jessica is pleased to assist businesses, governmental organizations, and individuals seeking to protect their rights.

Jessica graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2017, graduating in the Top 2% of her class. She graduated summa cum laude from Kenyon College in 2014 with a degree in Political Science.

While in law school, Jessica externed for the Marion County Superior Court and the Indiana Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Jessica also served as a Practice Group Advisor from 2015-17.  She served as the Notes and Comments Editor at the Indiana Law Journal and as an associate with the Inmate Legal Assistance Project. Jessie worked as a research assistant to Professor Janet Decker on teachers' substantive rights and the Individuals with Disabilities Act. She also worked as a research assistant on capital gains tax with Professor Ajay Mehrotra.
